What is reflexology

Unknown.jpeg

Dating back 5,000 years to the Ancient Egyptians, Chinese and Indians, reflexology is an extremely effective non-intrusive complementary therapy which works on reflex points on the feet, lower legs or hands.

Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe but can detect imbalances in the body (physically, emotionally and mentally) via the reflex points in the feet.

Reflexology works holistically treating the person and its effectiveness has been proven through research.

Benefits include:

* Relieving stress and anxiety

* Pain management

* Improving sleep

* Balancing hormones

* Supporting nervous system

* Strengthening immune system

* Improved sense of wellbeing and mood
